Facilities

Any illegal goods are prohibited at our facility as is livestock and flammable liquids. If you have any questions or hesitations about what you can and can’t store, please feel free to contact our team for further information.

We have many customers who choose to use Pink Storage to archive all of their documents. Commonly, we have found that businesses and organisations such as accountants, police forces, and universities store documents with us.

Our storage containers are all 20x8ft (160sf)

Absolutely. All of our storage units are brand new and feature specially designed insulated roofs as well as air flow 14 vents.

No, we do not offer electricity or water at our units as they are for storage purposes only.

Security

We make entry into your storage unit as simple and secure as possible. So, we’ll provide you with a secure pin code for access to our facility and your storage unit. This will be sent via text message.

Yes, our Cardiff site is equipped with state-of-the-art CCTV as well as alarms.

After you finish signing up for your storage unit, you’ll be sent a pin code that will grant you access to the facility.

Billing

If you’re a household customer, you’ll be billed when signing up and then automatically billed every week for your storage until you decide you no longer require your unit. Business customers are able to pay in advance, either weekly, quarterly, or annually. This will depend on the option you choose when signing up.

Simply click on the Services drop down menu at the top of our website and select ‘Cancel My Storage’.

Unfortunately, there will be a £20 administration fee charged to your account if there is a failed payment. You will be notified of any failed payments via text message. It’s important that you update your payment information within seven days or your storage unit will be locked. Please ensure that we have your most up-to-date contact details in case our team needs to contact you about a failed payment.

At this time, we’re unable to take cash as a payment for storage units due to our security protocols.

Registration

Yes, we will require you to provide us with your vehicle’s registration number after signing up. Simply reply to the welcome text message we’ll send your after signing up with the registration number

We operate from a central controlled location to ensure we stay on top of monitoring CCTV across all of our facilities. However, you can quickly and conveniently sign up via phone or through our website.

The Contents Protection scheme does not cover: cash, securities, or negotiable instruments; jewellery, watches, or precious metals; antiques, collectibles, or fine art; documents or data storage devices; perishable, hazardous, illegal, or flammable goods; vehicles, machinery, or trailers; and items of purely sentimental value. Additionally, Contents Protection does not apply to motorcycles, motorbikes, quad bikes, ATVs, scooters, mopeds, or any mechanically propelled vehicle or parts thereof. The storage of these motorised vehicles is strictly prohibited under the Contents Protection scheme.
